Erdem Çil

Erdem Çil received the B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2017 and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2020. He is currently a PhD student at IETR, Rennes, France. His current research interests include reconfigurable antenna design, flexible and wearable devices.

Tunahan Akın

Tunahan Akın received the BSc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bogazici University in 2019. After working on wearable slot antennas, he started to work as an electro-optical system engineer in Aselsan. As of 2023, he is working as an embedded software engineer.

Kadircan Godeneli

Kadircan Godeneli double majored in EE & Physics at Bogazici University. His research interests are biodegradable sensors and antennas. He is curious, enquiring and keen on history. He likes travelling and getting to know different cultures. Kadircan is now a PhD student at the University of California at Berkeley.

Kıvanç Ararat

Kıvanç Ararat received the High School degree from Ozel Ege Lisesi, Izmir, Turkey, in 2013 and the BSc degree from Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in Boğaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2019. He was with Bogazici ARGE Biyomedikal Mühendislik as a trainee in 2016. He studied as an exchange student in Technische Universitat Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany, in 2017. He was with Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, Physical Intelligence Research Group, Stuttgart, Germany, in 2018. He is interested in biocompatible antenna design and small-scale mobile robots. He completed his M.Sc. studies at at The University of Erlangen Nuremberg. He is the co-founder of Flexora in GmBH in Germany.

Çağla Karabulut

Çağla Karabulut received her B.Sc. degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from İstanbul Bilgi University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2020. During her BSc, she worked on developing low-power wide-area (LPWAN) sensor networks for large scale remote area deployments such as Vodafone Akıllı Köy in Aydın, Turkey. She got her M.Sc. degree in Electronics at Boğaziçi University. Her work at BOUNtenna was on wireless implant sensors. She currently works for Analog Devices Inc. Istanbul.

Özüm Habiboglu

Ozum Habiboglu received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bogazici University in 2021. He enjoys CADD, 3D printing and its applications. His research interests include matching media and antenna design. He is currently an MSc student in KTH, Stockholm, specializing in microwave track.

Aydın Uzun

Aydın is a senior at Bogazici University majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mathematics. He joined the Bountenna Lab in the Fall of 2018 and gradated in 2020. His work at BOUNtenna was on the electromagnetic modelling and antenna design of smart orthopaedic hip implant fighting antimicrobial-resistant bacteria. He currently works for Analog Devices Inc. in Munich. 

Oguzhan Baser

Oguzhan Baser is an undergraduate electrical and electronic engineering student at Bogazici University, İstanbul, Turkey. He has studied high voltage systems and has conducted detailed research on theoretical bases and practical applications of the streamer, brush, and corona discharges. He graduated in 2022. He is currently a PhD student at University of Texas at Austin.

Omer Altan

Omer Altan started to study at Bogazici University in 2015, and he received the B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2021. His interests go towards Electronics and Electromagnetic and include biosensors, IC design, and antenna design. His last internship concentrated on biosensors and their production, and he has worked on biosensors for a while. In addition, his extracurricular interest is music. Ömer is now an MSc student at DTU.

Ömer Alperen Katı

Ömer A. Katı is currently studying electrical and electronics engineering at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey, and his expected graduation year is 2022. He was an Erasmus student at Poznan University of Technology (PUT), Poland, in Spring 2021. He has been a member of the Antennas & Propagation Research Laboratory (BOUNtenna) since July 2019. His current research interests include machine learning and its applications in wearable antenna design and implant communications. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at ASELSAN.
